Works with the Sales Executives, acting as key contact for Commercial clients and provides customer service for an established book of Commercial Accounts. Responsible for obtaining any outstanding or addition information from client

Review submission and submit to marketing with instructions

Review terms and renewal package with Sales Executive

Summarize marketing results for presentation to client

Delivery of renewal terms to Sales Executive or to client 30 days prior to renewal

Invoicing and collection of premiums

Ensures that consent to use information from potential new client has been obtained

Review prospects current program, advise on coverage gaps and discuss with Sales Executive

Meet with Sales Executive and design a comprehensive insurance program utilizing insurance placement and risk management
