Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prepare insurance quotes and sell, upsell and\/or cross sell insurance policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accurately read and interpret Hits, MVR and Autoplus reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upload policies on insurance company\u2019s portals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Set up pre-authorized payments and document claims information on files<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A RIBO license in good standing is a must. Working towards CAIB and\/or CIP is a bonus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Min 1-3 years past experience in a brokerage as a CSR, Producer, TSR or Processing staff or Underwriter<\/p>\n\n\n\n
University or College degree is a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong time management skills and attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Self starters, responsible and motivated to succeed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enthusiasm dealing with customers and helping solve their problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
