Our Client a large Brokerage downtown is seeking an individual to join their Personal lines Team as a new addition to the VIP department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maintain a book of VIP Clients for multiple Producers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Service existing Clients with changes, inquiries, concerns and renewals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Quote new business personal lines risks on behalf of the Producer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daily contact with underwriters, claims adjusters as well as Producers <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Processing of all renewals, new business and changes to policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
University\/College diploma<\/p>\n\n\n\n
RIBO license<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3+ years personal lines experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Very strong attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work in a fast paced environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to prioritize work flow<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excellent people skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong computer abilities, TAM, EPIC, microsoft office as well as portals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CIP designation an asset <\/p>\n\n\n\n
