Our Client a large insurance brokerage located in Scarborough is seeking a Senior commercial lines Account Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Works with the Sales Executives, acting as key contact for Commercial clients and provides customer service for an established book of Commercial Accounts. Responsible for advising on insurance matters; conducting needs assessment, recommending solutions and answering inquiries. Liaise with clients for day-to-day administration of insurance program. Alert the Sales Executive and team to issues requiring action or communication with the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pre-renewal package prepared 90 days in advance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsible for obtaining any outstanding or addition information from client<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Review submission and submit to marketing with instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Review terms and renewal package with Sales Executive<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Summarize marketing results for presentation to client<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delivery of renewal terms to Sales Executive or to client 30 days prior to renewal <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Invoicing and collection of premiums<\/p>\n\n\n\n
